Tanya Woods

Tanya Woods has been teaching yoga since 2000, and continues to deepen her own practice both on and off the mat. She is a certified Ashtanga Yoga instructor, and has finished an additional 200 hour yoga alliance certified training with Sarah Joy Marsh in Portland, OR. Tanya teaches an intuitive flow based in therapeutic principles. She specializes in prenatal and mama and baby yoga classes.  Tanya works as in a variety of modalities in her massage practice that include cranio-sacral, reiki, shamanic, bodywork, Motor vehicle rehabilitation, swedish, prenatal and postpartum. Each of her sessions is unique since it is based on intuitive as well as logical assessment. Tanya's intention is to create a space where clients feel safe and nurturtured in an environment where we work together for their healing and ultimate health.

Angie Ringwald

Angie is a skilled bodyworker, yoga teacher, and perpetual student. She is known for her attention to anatomical detail, heartfelt listening, and thoughtful instruction. She is adept at meeting her clients where they are at and uses precise pressure, both subtle and deep, to unwind areas of tension and restore vitality. Her practice successfully treats chronic pain, injury, recovery from orthopedic surgery and motor vehicle accidents, anxiety, expecting moms, and those who want to consciously embody deeper states of wellness.  Angie became licensed as a massage therapist in 2006 following her training at the Maui Academy of Healing Arts. It was at this time that she found Hawaiian Lomilomi massage and decided she wanted to pour herself into this form of bodywork. She has studied this style extensively with Maka’ala Yates and is grateful for her other Lomi teachers; Jeana Naluai, Jackie Kapua Tyler, and Marcia York. Angie is also passionate about Biodynamic Massage and Biodynamic Cranial Therapy, a style that she studies with Todd Jackson, developed through his work with Bruno Ducoux, D.O. (France).  Angie began her yoga practice with VHS tapes by Rodney Yee and DVDs by Baron Baptiste in her early 20s. Since then, she has practiced with teachers of many approaches to yoga and is dedicated to deepening her understanding of body-mind wisdom. Her most influential teachers are Michele Loew and Todd Jackson. Michele led her 200 hour certification at The Yoga Space, a program rooted in the Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga systems. Todd Jackson instructs Inner Body Yoga, an approach developed by Donald Moyer, a student of BKS Iyengar. Fumi Mori

Native from Japan, Fumi has been enjoying living in Oregon for over two decades. Before choosing the path of Oriental Medicine, she practiced a various styles of yoga including Astanga and Shadow Yoga for years and completed a 3-year yoga teacher training at Yoga Shala in 2009 with Matt Huish. Having worked in corporate environments, Fumi understands how easy to get into a possibly self-destructive habitual pattern. She hopes to bring her treatments to help people who seek for a transformation toward more grounded perception and receptivity in order to enjoy their lives more deeply while enhancing individual's innate healing capacity. Fumi graduated from Oregon College of Oriental Medicine with an MAcOM and also holds an MA in Asian Studies from University of Oregon. While she is not engaged in medicine and healing, she enjoys rock climbing, practicing yoga and qigong, being in the nature, sewing, cooking and calligraphy.

Mandy Corr

Mandy has always had a love for movement therapy whether it be in the active form like dance, yoga and running or the passive form of receiving bodywork. What started with pure intuition that drew her to finding activities that would build her body’s energy while calming her mind eventually placed her in an environment that allowed her to gain a functional understanding about why it felt so good to move. Since becoming a massage therapist in 2002 she has developed a style that is truly unique to her. Mandy incorporates slow deep tissue work with a nurturing overlay. Her clients leave their treatments with less tension in their muscles and in parasympathetic state. Though most of her work can fall under the umbrella of deep tissue, when the situation presents itself she’ll incorporate myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, cupping and/or gua sha.

In 2014, I began my career as a Licensed Massage Therapist, graduating from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, OR.  Originally focused on clinical and structural bodywork, my studies inevitably took me towards the Osteopathic methods of Visceral and Neural Manipulation therapies. Working with athletes, professional dancers, and everyday individuals, this work has seen incredible successes—restoring function, utility, and mobility—the core mission of Movement Bodywork, my company. Working with your needs and goals, and utilizing visceral, neural, fascial and structurally focused techniques, we can establish a more functional existence in your everyday life.  In addition to Bodywork, I continue to teach dance and movement theory around the Greater Northwest as the director of push/FOLD, and support my extra endeavors as a Software Developer and Instructor of Health and Movement.

Lindsey Reynolds

My approach to wellness is inspired by cultivating a loving connection among the body, mind, and spirit. While there are many ways to construct these bridges, I believe that massage is truly a special healing experience. Each of us is a unique being; our feelings and emotions are dynamic and this is reflected in our physical bodies. No one knows you better than you do, so my goal as a massage therapist is to listen to you, to meet you where you are, and together, discover what balance is for you and your body. I draw energy and inspiration through movement, spending time in nature, and allowing time for stillness. My time spent as a yoga instructor, working on a farm and providing child care has cultivated a sense of compassion that informs this work. In my practice, I enjoy the integration of relaxation, deep tissue, the breath, myofascial release, Thai massage, aromatherapy, sound healing and energy work to create a holistic and therapeutic experience. I love the authenticity and personal connections that this work inspires. Each day I get to discover something new, and I am humbled to know that my learning has just begun. I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to share healing touch. I believe that our bodies have the inherent wisdom to heal. When this patience and space is honored, wellness can reveal itself and we can truly thrive as human beings!
